UPCI Sages Day

2026 UPCI Sages Day

March 1, 2026

We encourage Pastors to include our Sage-Agers (55+) in various capacities in that service (receiving offering, praying for the sick, preaching, singing, giving a testimony, having a senior or a generational choir, etc.). Many Sage-Agers have years of experience in pulpit ministry and they are anointed! Sage-Agers are seasoned and experienced and have much to offer! If you are interested in helping your church with Sages Day, reach out and let your Pastor know what it's all about and that you are willing to help.

Sages Day — What is it?

  • Providing purpose and meaningful involvement for those 55 and older.

  • Leaving a lasting and intentional legacy for your family.

  • Equipping the next generation with what they need to carry the torch forward.

  • Remaining faithful and fruitful in every season of life

This is a retired veteran pastor, who has been credentialed by the UPCI for 65 years. They did a new thing! It is not too late to gear up for a Sages Day service.

Testimonial

The first Sages Day service was today in Mountain Home, Arkansas, Pastor Jeff Morgan. Pastor Morgan said, “Today those 55 and older are running the service & songs books are out. Our people are excited.”

Later: Pastor Morgan in his inimitable way, “These people blessed my hide.”
