What You'll Need
$200 non-refundable Application Fee.
A photo to upload of yourself (nice headshot, not a casual selfie).
Look for emails after you submit your application to walk you through paying your app fee and submitting the Insurance Liability Waiver.
A VALID PASSPORT THAT IS GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS PAST DATES OF TRAVEL.
Application deadline is AUGUST 10, 2026.

Before You Begin
Make sure you’ve talked with your pastor before you begin.
Once you have paid you application fee, we’ll send your pastor a link to give us a Confidential Pastoral Recommendation. (*He/she might need to check their junk mail folder if they don’t receive something from us within a few days of your submission.)
